Rather than simply being the layer we show to the outside world, our skin is constantly working to protect us, to keep our temperature comfortable, to clear waste from our bodies, to produce vitamin D for calcium absorption, to fight pathogens, to regulate water… our skin is crucial to our survival.

What’s happening inside the body often reflects on the outside, so it makes sense to think about skin care holistically.

A holistic approach

During treatments, it’s as important to work on regulating & calming the nervous system as it is to treating the skin topically. Human touch in a safe environment sends signals to the brain to calm nerves & bring our bodies back to homeostasis (balance). This is what we hope to achieve with your treatments.

Aromatherapeutic skincare

Aromatherapy is a crucial element of your treatments. You’ll experience 100% natural aromatherapy face & body oils containing essential oils, plant oils, Vitamin E & other beneficial botanicals, carefully formulated by Lucy. Many ingredients are also organic. With exquisite aromas, they provide vitamins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants & other phyto-nutrients for skin health and at the same time, encourage your nervous system to regulate through the olfactory system (the sensory system that allows us to smell).

Alongside these unique oils, you’ll experience skincare products from brands that Lucy has tried and tested. Everything is plant-based, the only exceptions being beeswax & milk protein extract in some products, which can be switched out if you're vegan. All of the products we make and use are cruelty-free (ingredients & final products are never tested on animals or sold in countries where animal testing is required by law).

This approach creates a harmony between ourselves, nature and our planet. Equilibrium is the goal.
